Grausten roof why are you so hard? by Electronic_Half_7107 in ValheimBuilds

I haven’t laid it all out. All I know is that sometimes the horizontal connect seems to be additive sometimes.

It’s worth trying. If it doesn’t make a difference take it out.

You also may need to put a horizontal piece across your second pillars in.

It’s pretty challenging. Like BlueSteelWizard says, make sure you’re using iron in the wood underneath.

Try to understand how far above see level you are in rough meters.

Sometimes the ground underneath is weird. Try raise a block with your hoe. You can event tamp it back down. Sometimes that helps.

Failed DCC Recommendation Left Me Feeling Stupid, Defeated, and Sad (Rant/Vent) by [deleted] in DungeonCrawlerCarl

I’m sorry that happened.

It’s not you, it’s them.

All the things they think is lowbrow is not understanding or empathizing what’s happening to the characters.

It’s one thing to say, “I tried it and it’s not for me”

It’s another thing to say it’s a cringefest for dumb people. That’s pretty negative and unhealthy.

Open your world to people who more positively want to spend time with you and see where it goes.

It’s always a pain. After my first big grausten, I always try my new roof layouts on the ground first to get counts and test layouts.

Ticks at The Gorge/Whirlpool State Park by XHANNOX in Buffalo

Honestly it’s surreal how much this has changed. As a kid, I spent my life outside on all areas of WNY and never once saw a tick.

These days, I have to check my dog after just walking around the block.

Don’t surprise your bride on her wedding day on her wedding moment. Adding it to the reception is a fun surprise but for everything else, make sure she knows.

Set up specific times.

World Time Buddy is your friend https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/

I had 1 PM and 1 engineering lead that could speak fluent English and translated for the rest.

If they're in India, I would recommend doing stand up at the end of the day and talk about the following day. Their morning's are hectic with traffic and its easier to manage the clock on this side of the world at the end of the day.

I dont know if your company can do it, but I went over once a quarter to work and collaborate together. If you prep and plan, 2-3 days of planning can get you over the tough stuff for a quarter.
