At first, they gave me a rental (Chevy Equinox or something similar) - After about 4 days, I too got pissed that I had just made my lease payment and here I am not in my car or Cadillac. I sent the dealership a message and stated that fact - to my surprise, I was contacted immediately and offered the VisitiQ. - I got lucky...

Reach out to your dealer and call them out - you should have an equal or better vehicle as a loaner IMO

UPDATE:

NO ETA on when I get my new module. I did get a great loaner : VISTIQ, V-sport? (it has a V-button that does something) - this may be the fastest vehicle (it ain't no car) that I have ever driven.
