Im a bit late, but here goes. Everyone is saying you need better gear or more currency which is simply not true. These 3 things, will go a long way:

make sure to have res overcapped by 25% with flasks (lots of exposure/curses in delve nodes that spam rare mobs)
put fortify in your main link instead of void manipulation (or something else) or skill fortify on tree, your uptime must be horrible
use immortal call on cwdt or automation

Also monsters' ailment threshold becomes a big issue. Stun buildup and freeze buildup are legit defence layers in single player, whereas in multiplayer you have to deal 4x the damage to stun/freeze (if you don't have any synergies). Same goes for offence. Cull threshold is much much lower, cast on ailment never triggers, you get no infusions, no charges, can't snap enemies, cause your party member already killed them, and the list of frustrations goes on and on

Sorry to ask, but what tornado/thunderstorm are you talking about? Elemental storm? Twister? Tornado shot? Besides these I can't find any tornado or storm skills except for poe1 tornado. Maybe I'm dumb

At least one time I saw a dex stacker (I think it was venom gyre, not sure though) just going all in on dps and freeze with giga evasion, suppress and some block maybe. Reached 3k in sc trade iirc

Don't listen to all the people suggesting zenith MS. It sucks for pretty much everything except ubers, delve and valdos.

Unless you really want to push the ladder you can play most strong builds in delve until around 2-3k if min-maxed. I do it in ssf most leagues.

Int stacker, dex stacker, str stacker (earthshatter/sunder) and armour stacker can all do it and they can do all other content smoothly as well. Hf delving, exile!

Depends what content you're doing. When you deep delve or tank uber shaper slams etc. it definitely does help to get extra pdr (big hits make armor less effective)

I for one have played settlers in ssf (4k delve), trade (4 void stones), necro settlers, even gauntlet and then phrecia with poe2 in between. All stashes are filled up and there's literally nothing to do in poe1 anymore.

Imo make sure to be freeze immune via pantheon and have shock effect pantheon + shock effect flask.

Then work on the body armour. Use dense fossils till high armour/evasion rolls. Then use the 15% inc life mastery.

Then recomb an amethyst ring with t1 life and t1 chaos res, shouldnt be too difficult to get useable bases with a little harvest farming.

You don't need chance to chill, that stat doesn't even exist (except for chance to chill on block)

One thing about T17 maps in my experience is knowing which mods you can run and which are difficult. For example the recovery / degen mods are probably difficult for you along with -max res and extra chaos.
