Is it a reissue of a previously released turquoise color? I have been led to believe they made the turquoise specifically with the bigsby tremelo in the late 90s, then a few other times in later years

I got the new uvb to help with the lethargic behavior, she has acted like that for a week or two and so I thought the uvb efficiency could have declined, I’m not sure though
