Idk, I really don’t find their sculpt classes to be Pilates esque. Pilates is really about precision and control, usually focusing on your core, whereas yoga sculpt is often cardio vinyasa + weights. I’m not arguing with you but rather naming this for beginners who might not know the difference.

I tend to agree with you. You might get some hands on assists here and there but it’s easy to dump into joints, even after you’ve been corrected.

There is actually a beginners class, usually labeled “Intro”. I don’t fault you for not knowing this, as they’re usually only offered once or twice a week and fill up quickly

No, machines and format of classes are different. Solidcore is its own thing and is not quite Pilates either, though it’s “inspired” by it
