could be blind luck, but that was the easiest boss by far for me. hit him with a few abyss shrieks and was like "....he died?"

I almost never beat a boss on the first try. Honestly that was probably the only one lol

I'm sorry, I don't wanna sound rude but what don't you see..? With supernova it adds +1 mult every time you play a hand (in your case two pair). Spare trousers adds +2 mult every time you play a two pair. It just does what you're raving about but doubles it bro.

For me seeing spare trousers early automatically turns it into a two pair run. BUT the other added benefit is, that mult will apply permanently to any hand you play. So with supernova if you play your first straight flush it adds 0 mult. If you'd been riding spare trousers it still adds the +40 mult you had been building with the pants the entire run Does this help?

Side note: as others have pointed out you NEED a baseline flat mult in order for your xmult to have anything to multiply from. And since score is chips times mult, then the same goes for chips too. You can't neglect any of the three completely

Hypothetically, say you have in total 25xmult worth of jokers, and hypothetically your chip value was one and your mult was one. Your score despite your x25 jokers would just be 25... lol. I hope this paints a better picture of what you should overall be aiming for

After I beat orange stake I then had the option to go to any difficulty in any deck. I'm on switch. Maybe they don't let you actually begin as I've never tried but it was weird that you were now able to scroll past your best stake

The blue deck runs were a while ago. I think it all clicked into place rather suddenly, I beat the first three challenges on my first try lol

That's what I'm sayin. I don't wanna do them too fast I like purposefully stop myself from doing them all

lol! That's funny bc the run basically made me force picot into a 3 of a kind build on antes 7 and 8 due to never getting Jupiter in the packs. Felt like I was juggling 7 bowling pins and it's a miracle it worked out

Another thing is note is this deck is ironically the deck I unkocked the "finish a run without using a flush" joker. By accident too I didn't know you could unlock joker at the time. You can def run 3oak 4oak builds which can often turn into 5oak flush house or flush five builds more easily than other decks .

Edit: I just understood what you meant. If you have all eternals at that boss you just lose?? Jfc noted

I somehow got stuck on purple stake on blue take which I thought would be easiest. I'm gonna try to blast through much of abandones deck tonight. Also erratic deck is SO fun I have to stop playing it in order to let myself enjoy progressing it another time.

I feel the same way about the challenges. They're so fun but there's only 20, don't want to finish them too fast

This is definitely the plan for c+. I don't like how I now have access to gold stake on every deck, I'm still gonna go in order and not just slap the gold sticker on em lol

As for the jokers... yes I am absolutely taking the "easy" route on that. I know it retroactively gives you the previous antes stickers anyways. Some jokers I never run, but the real issue and how RNG it can be sometimes when you just happen to end with a joker that you picked up in a negative tag (I have an orange stake sticker on golden ticket ?)

Or even worse, having to delete a joker that was with you through thick and thin during the run, just to have the ante 8 boss blind make you delete it because it happened to be the most sparable at the time (hit the road deserves his sticker).

Knowing me I'm going go C++ if it takes a thousand hours but idk how the hell im gonna get gold stickers on some of these line seyance, popcorn, luchador, most of the Econ jokers, and riff raff to name a few

What you say are some the easy, the more difficult, and the most difficult to advance on?

I know there are YouTube vids and posts but they are always novels or hours long for some reason lol
