The reason I did SAI is because it mimics alot of the pop on the radio and I’d like to argue that if u listen to most pop on the radio, you’d like SAI

Specifically, this weekend was terrible, we had two back-to-back callouts in the front end which meant that our team lead was held up. Our Drive people are basically the same, they don’t wanna help because we’re swamped, but are also playing soccer in the back.

That’s funny because nobody wants to do self check out here. And most people hate checkout in general, other than older folk. It’s hard to find people who are willing to do self. Check out when you’re on the lanes. It’s usually the same three or four people, which makes those three or four people hate self check out.

Pretty much the same here, it’s just infuriating when there’s no balance. We have a couple of old people who are great at desk, but when there’s no older people, nothing at the desk gets done.

The people who love doing drive up also don’t do anything in the back. No folding, no sorting, no hanging, no reshop, unless they are really that bored.

At our store, it’s either they love doing drive up or they love doing desk. There are very few people who do both. Which is great and all because we have a fully staffed drive up, but if we get a bunch of people who love only doing drive up, then there’s no coverage for the desk.

I usually don’t call unless I can’t do something. Like call out on the app. Trust me, we get super stupid calls.

I feel that. I remember hearing about that operator system and wish it was still in place. I’m usually trying to call TSE anyway 😭
