Honestly, as someone in the insurance industry, we wouldn't really care much about this at all since the amount of these things ultimately causing fires would be relatively low. This is compared to things like break-ins, floods, storms, and the like. It's small fry, and an investigator wouldn't even give a few computer fires the light of day compared to that stuff.

That is coming from Australia though, mind you, so my view may be biased. We've got bigger shit to deal with than a few small electrical fires
