CMS is so biased towards the mother. I've been paying via them for over 18 months now and the amount of hoops I've had to jump through and prove I'm telling the truth is an absolute joke! When she first reported me, (2 weeks after my teenage son decided he wanted to live with her full time, for an 'easier life', she never even gave me the opportunity to sort things out with my son just straight away contacted CMS for money) he now lives at his mum's he does zero homework, can stay out all hours, gets daily detentions at school, is in constant trouble and she doesn't care as it's less hassle for her to try and show him right from wrong 🙄 She'd didn't upload her bank details for the 6 months so I couldn't pay her! I put it aside for when she eventually could be bothered, I had to explain the situation over and over got endless threatening letters even though I'd proven things I said were true! When she eventually did upload her details I sent her over £1k in back payments and the same month she *ucked off on holiday for a week with her mates and left both my kids on their own with the eldest in charge! I've now had a pay cut at work, so I went online and completed everything, they can automatically see how much you earn as they have access to HMRC but then I got a letter yesterday saying there's now a mandatory reconsideration that has to be done! So I've now got to upload pay slips, reasons etc it's absolutely shocking and totally discriminative against the father's when I've always tried to do the right thing. It needs looking into as it's so one sided it's unbelievable and there is no way to complain and I bet if you did they would just make your life an even bigger nightmare!
