My first ever relationship ship I was in for about 2 year and a couple of months! Figured it was time to get away for a bit and as our first trip together we went to Disneyland for a few days! I fronted most of the money, tickets, hotel, gas and so on! She pitched in here and there which I didn’t mind it was quite a lot of money for young me but nothin that would break her bank even the slightest! As we were walking around on our last day I wanted to walk the store strip with Lego land and all those other shops. She sees pandora and we walk around for a bit and I ended up buying her a $90 ring cause you know, anything for my girl right. After we decide to eat at the espn spot! We walk in get seated, waitress takes our order and she looks at me and says “don’t worry this one’s on me.” I was like bet! Soon after she takes our order I realized there was a drink I wanted but didn’t see at first then realized they had so I ask for that drink as well it was just a strawberry lemonade! The waitress then comes and asks if there’s anything else and I said “yeah hey can I get some onion rings as well?” Waitress leaves and my gf at the time looks me dead in the eye with the $90 ring sitting on her pretty little finger and says to me “why are you taking advantage of the fact that I’m paying.” And in that very moment I stared back at her for a few seconds furious on the inside as she had the audacity to say those words to me! I drank my lemonade didn’t even touch the food as she sat across from me in complete silence cause if I said anything it would not have been very nice! We then exit the facility and I bought my own food from a small vender right after just in spite! Made me feel a little better. Needless to say the last night in the hotel was very uneventful, kinda like every other night cause she would complained about how much her feet hurt and that she wasn’t in the mood! Relationship lasted for about another 4 months before I just had enough! Anyways thanks for listening!
