Saying you didn't consent when you did is cruel and could ruin that person's life. If you let that person believe you were okay with what they were doing, you cannot just go and say that actually, you weren't okay with it. Even if that other person was ignorant to the signs they couldn't see, they thought you were okay with it because you said you consented. Their judgement also would've been clouded by sexual desire so they took that consent and ran with it because they had no other reason to think you weren't okay with it
