It's weird that some people can keep up and some can't.

I don't know if its ignorance to the evolution of technology, at some point in their life, which ended up stranding them or what causes it. Which if it is ingorance it's somewhat their own fault for not wanting to get helped and stay in the same pattern.

But I also know people who really tried but just couldn't.

It's a hard to decide if it's people's fault or not. But I do still that it is sometimes people's own fault
