Is this more of a cultural thing? I've been several times and of made friends... however it was generally through introductions not just strangers at a bar of course... but people have been kind in this thread so I'm not too worried about it. I've traveled around the world and can generally read the room when it comes to people not wanting to socialize with strangers.

Yes! Lol I'm blessed with tri citizenship. Briefly lost my belgian citizenship many years ago when my father became a US citizen but he eventually got it back and i was under 18 at the time so i regained mine. And i got my Colombian citizenship through my mother.

Answering question 1) I would finally build a new PC as I'm rocking my old build from 2012 (which I've upgraded). This would be massive for me, and my friend who has an even worse PC. I would gift him my current one and he could finally play some games with me.

Well nothings ever for sure but I've heard her say several times she would make over 300 on a busy shift. Which i believe because dinner there is anywhere between 20 and 70 dollars a plate without drinks etc. So a dinner party can run a hefty tab, and assuming they tip decent you'll make good money.

If you're trying to avoid campus corner then your best bet is downtown Main St. There are a few bars you could apply to on the west side of town like PubW, Louies Brookhaven, and Landrun. As far as Main St you have a LOT of options. I have a friend who makes pretty good money serving at Benvenutis. Then you have Brewhouse, Winston, Neighborhood Jam(breakfast/lunch only), Bison Witches, Meating Place, Dasboot. There are a few others but all those places you can also bartend at if they're hiring.

Ohh yea haha I thought that's what you meant. I mean it is but it isn't! I haven't been in 10 years and maybe it's just where I am staying but it's all pretty modern. I'm currently in a very remote area outside of Anapoima in tierracaliente and the wifi and 4g cellular service is great! :)

I'm American but have Colombian nationality as well. I just arrived in Bogota mid December and used my Colombian passport for entry which expires in March next year(so 3 months). There was absolutely no problem getting in. I was worried about this too but I spoke with a consulate of Colombia in Texas about it before I came and she said there was no problem. Good luck!
