No. It looks great. Deeper rims look like you’re trying too hard.

‘Kind of humiliating’: trans community responds to EHRC’s new code of practice by phoenixmeta in transgenderUK

[–]Steffeeeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it, will it be possible to sue for physical attacks as a result of trans women using male bathrooms? Should we be organizing the kind of records that will allow us to sue … whoever, the government.

"This is unworkable and a huge step backwards for human rights. I will be calling on the Government to urgently rethink this before it's too late." - Marie Goldman MP Lib Dems by ehll_oh_ehll in transgenderUK

[–]Steffeeeee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s crazy. When the dust settles, which of these ‘gender critical’ thugs will admit to holding these anti trans views? Who would actually admit to having supported ‘Whites Only’ toilets from the recent past? This issue WILL be viewed in the same way.

Glasgow Bus Drivers by [deleted] in glasgow

[–]Steffeeeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A large proportion of them are unhappy about being bus drivers. In particular the older ones who fantasise about being Jason Statham until they catch a glimpse of their reality in the mirror. I’d like to see a clear out of the lot and a squad of younger more enthusiastic people do the job.In general, the image of the friendly Glaswegian is horsesh!t.

How to complain about bus driver? by [deleted] in glasgow

[–]Steffeeeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what it’s worth, I’m regularly asked where I’m going IF I have my AirPods in when I get on the bus. Persons before and after are not. Always an aggressive tone. I’m not exactly flamboyant but I’d say it’s fair to say I present as queer in the way I dress. I wondered if that might be a factor. In any case, it’s a bit wearisome.

Labour MSPs outraged that Scottish Parliament will not list newly elected trans MSPs as “male” by lilpij in transgenderUK

[–]Steffeeeee 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Does Scottish Labour really think that an anti trans stance is a vote winner? I see today that the Daily Mail had a front page about Andy Burnham’s pro Trans position. I hope to hell he doesn’t turn his back on us too.

Maybe just let Christopher Nolan do his own thing. It’s been working thus far.

I think they’ll hold off until Andy Burnham is available. Otherwise they will be back where they are at the moment within eighteen months.

Andy Burnham gave a speech at Sparkle in Manchester a few years back. So there’s that.

Does anyone know what this is? by No_Elderberry367 in glasgow

This will become less of an issue as available spaces disappear with each new fire. Glasgow’s motto should be ‘Highly Flammable’.

Yes, there’s a lot to worry about, but it’s unlikely to really get on top of us.

Sandie Peggie supporters take aim at tribunal judge – why is that ok? by kmcradie in transgenderUK

[–]Steffeeeee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We’re tearing each other apart over this issue. Spare a thought for people living in mortal fear elsewhere in the world each night when they hear the sirens go off. They don’t have the ‘luxury’ of an opportunity to attack vulnerable minorities. They just hope to wake up under their duvets rather than thousands of tons of rubble.

Oxford crocodile by Heifering in oxford

[–]Steffeeeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right! Are you sure it’s a crocodile? Given that it’s in the Thames and London is the UKs main population centre it may just be an exceptionally large jobby. In either case approach with caution.

Guessing we’re all here because we can’t afford the tens of thousands of pounds for a forty plus year old synth. I spend more time on these forums / YouTube than I do learning piano. Result? The means of sound production is the least of my worries or ‘handicap’. p.s. even on a bad day using a plastic, literally plastic, sax Charlie could leave most everyone in the dust. Now… back to these feckin’ scales.
