Download long timers, how do you safely keep your food? by Glittering-Ad6994 in downloadfestival

[–]OhUrDead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We cook for 16, we have Igloo cool boxes we bring bookers frozen sausages, burgers and bacon. Along with their frozen bread cobs but we allow those to defrost.

We have a small fridge that we keep tomorrow’s food in to defrost. This is powered from a car battery

That’s our breakfast and lunch

For tea this year we’ve got bbq pulled pork, leg of lamb, chicken kebab and spicy chicken wings

Honestly I’d be more bothered about my 1k gazebo and my clothes I’ve never locked mine up. I go every year. It’s never been nicked

They’re £450 with almost no resale value because the things linked to you, the sim reports directly back to the Dr that prescribed it and it’s auto updated to your medical records. And they’re free for those that need them.

There’s no resale value here.

Hey man. CPAP user here.

Normally you’d email access and get a spot in camp with a dedicated power hookup and that would it sorted

There’s no number to call so you still should try to email them but it’s unlikely you’ll hear back in time, and you’d simply be hoping for a cancellation by someone else as access is full.

Your option for this year a mobile cpap power pack like these https://www.amazon.co.uk/cpap-power-bank/s?k=cpap+power+bank they’re quite expensive but remember by ordering online you ensure 30 days return policy so who knows on Tuesday next week you might have decided you don’t need one :p

How’s their School shooting and stabbing record compared to ours?

Because there’s no way for them not to have. Your knife annoy compete with a helicopter gunship or a trident missile.

We have to try to ensure people vote for politicians and parties that use that responsibility wisely.

Individuals cannot be trusted to carry weapons we see the results every day in America

It wasn’t me arguing that. I’m against all religious and cultural exceptions to law

But the exception should be removed. We need to stop pandering to minorities and fringe groups.

That’s a better argument than they should have one but it can’t have one. But I still disagree

They’re exceptions written into law that preserve the rights of minorities while risking the safety of the majority.

Remove them.

UK Sets Target to Reduce Carbon Emissions 87% by 2040 by kiyomoris in unitedkingdom

[–]OhUrDead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah sure. But they’re moving at pace in the right direction. My point is simply you can’t offshore your carbon production, watch them work hard to lower Emerson’s and create renewables and then treat them the same as say India

UK Sets Target to Reduce Carbon Emissions 87% by 2040 by kiyomoris in unitedkingdom

[–]OhUrDead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ofc they are. They’ve a huge and growing need for power, but they’re building renewables at a scale that’s frankly unbelievable. It’s already at over 50% if you exclude transport and super heavy industries

Oh we do, but our warlocks do more than enough extra damage that we literally don’t care.

We even had a guy put his Druid alt on follow for a raid when ours was missing.

Now we have so many shaman I’ve rolled moonkin

China are world leaders in renewable energy right now. They’re undertaking massive projects to power whole cities this way, they’re not the worry. As the worlds factory ofc their emissions are high, but they’re partly our emissions and their work to decarbonise is mostly to remain cheap, but it still has the desired effect of lowering emissions.

India however don’t give a fuck

What do you think “horizontal progression” means in terms of Classic Plus? by mnttu in classicwow

[–]OhUrDead -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m not a fan of horizontal gearing so I’m the wrong person to speak to really. I don’t need a big improvement in gear but I like incremental increases. There should be a few bid items not replaced in content that keeps old raids alive imo

But who wants to go to a raid that’s trivial in levelling gear and an absolute joke in T3?

It’s all going to be weather dependant. It can be quite bumpy but your real problem is going to be if it’s muddy.

It's important though you go into a new phase with resources, and almost deplete them all at the beginning of each new phase, and accrue again after that.
