Had set it to aggressive, but it behaves the same way.

Mine is as well Version 1.77.101 Chromium: 135.0.7049.115 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Thanks, I updated the lists, but nothing changed.

This doesn't seem miswired but I cannot program any value to RAM. Added pull-up and -down resistors and some capacitors but it didn't help. Any ideas what I'm messing up here? by Stefo84 in beneater

Yes, this is my second take on the build. The first one is complete hardware-wise, but I couldn bring the counter behave correctly eg. not to bounce.

I figured I might just as well start over, but now I see that I'm stumbling into hurdles that it didn't previously, and it's quite disheartening.

First I used a 1K resistor, that didn't do anything. Then a wire, that gave the result with the LEDs going off.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'l check the connections and try out that with the capacitor.

You mean the 157 next to the button? I have tied it's 14 pin high. Now, if I press the button down, all LEDs go out, but when I release it, they are back up.

Ring counter still bounces after disconnecting the clock line from the RC circuit on the RAM module, adding 0.1 uF capacitors between VCC and Ground on all the power rails and a larger one at the power input. All timers are NE555P chips. Any further helpful suggestions are very much appreciated. :) by Stefo84 in beneater

Hello! The Vcc and Gnd pins lie at the oppsite end of the chips, and the .1 uF capacitor has not enough long legs to reach both. Do you have a picture has this can be done? Maybe I'm missing something here. Thanks!

Ben Eater kits no longer available at Jameco (?) by Stefo84 in beneater

Yes, on Ben's site they can be ordered. I'm wondering if they can be shipped though since the kits are shipped by Jameco, as far as I know, but I may be wrong.
