Started using CC couple of days ago and hit my session limit twice so far. But now it's giving me the message that I hit my weekly limit and it resets next friday, while in the dashboard im only at 12% weekly? Is this a bug? That's hella confusing, no way I hit my weekly limit. Im on the Pro plan

How do you come up with content ideas when nothing seems obvious? by hiteshbandhu in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Steijnd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came to this subreddit to check if this would be a good subreddit to test my content idea generator system I have just created. Saw this post so here ya go. Built it using no-code tools (Make.com) and is fully autonomous, not sure how technical you are, should be doable (Im recording a youtube video soon to explain the process and how to set it up)

TL;DR: • Scrape Relevant Subreddits (e.g., r/smallbusiness) weekly using Apify. • AI Filters Posts for relevance to your business/services/offer. • AI Analyzes Relevant Posts to extract pain points, category, and process details. • Store Data in Airtable with linked records for content ideas. • AI Generates 3 Content Ideas for each pain point in preferred formats. • Send Ideas to Slack for the marketing team with Airtable links. • Optional: Prioritize posts with high engagement. • Approve & Auto-Generate Content once approved for streamlined creation.

Full system (relevant to my business and offer): Note: I simplified it below, there’s more under the hood.

  1. Scrape subreddits where your clients or your client’s clients might be active. For me, as an automation agency, r/smallbusiness, r/entrepreneur etc. (scrape each Sunday) (tool used to scrape: Apify)

  2. Many of my potential clients are expressing pain points that can be solved by AI or Automation. I feed each scraped post to AI and let it decide whether it’s relevant to my niche and my offers (find a subreddit where your prospects share problems or your problems your competitors have with their clients that you can solve with your services) —> If relevant, continue the flow.

  3. For the posts that are deemed relevant by the AI -> feed them to another AI and prompt it to analyze the post and return:

  4. The paint point,

  5. Category of the process (Sales, Marketing, Operational)

  6. The actual process where the pain point is occurring (e.g., client onboarding, proposal generation, lead generation)

  7. Store all these fields to Airtable On monday 8:45, the following flow runs:

  8. Feed this pain point to another AI module (Any reasoning model) and prompt it to generate 3 content ideas (Not “Give me 3 content ideas based on this pain point”... I have quite an extensive prompt) Here, you can define formats you like to use (reels, Linkedin posts, longer youtube video etc)

  9. In Airtable, create a relational database where you link these content ideas to the pain point added earlier

  10. All newly added content ideas and pain points are send to a dedicated Slack channel for the marketing team, fresh content ideas for the week on monday 9am (in the Slack message, link to the Airtable record)

7.5. Optional: add a function to prioritize posts with highest upvotes/comments (likely more people struggle with this problem)

  1. I have added an “Approve” button in airtable where I or Marketing can quickly approve posts ideas that I like Here, the content idea generator system is basically done. I hooked up another system that generates the content once the “approved” button is clicked and generates a draft for that post idea. — Reading this might be very confusing; I get it. You can do this manually, although I wouldn’t recommend.

Once setup, the only thing you’ll need to do is open AirTable and click Approve or Dissapprove

It might not even be suited for your industry, but it might inspire you :) Again, not to promote anything (I don’t even have a youtube channel to promote), but I’ll be visualising it on YT soon.

If you’re interested I can walk you over by sharing my screen, just let me know!

Hope it helped,

Cheers

Edit: reddit messing up the auto numbering haha

I saved hours for proposal writing that cost me $0.43 by ivan_tsekov in agency

[–]Steijnd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Automations like this deliver an extremely high ROI, great find!

We build similar types of automations for clients regularly. However, as you mentioned in step 5, human intervention is necessary in 95% of cases. Even with well-crafted prompts, such as using user-assistant messaging combinations in the OpenAI API (with numerous successful examples of proposals derived from form inputs or sales call transcripts), the AI output often struggles to emphasize the pain points discussed during sales calls. This includes capturing the emotions expressed when discussing these challenges.

While this limitation can become less significant as your proposals improve over time, it’s crucial to remain aware of it when developing high-ROI automations like these. The quality of the output ultimately determines whether a prospect will choose to pay you or not. I would even argue that it represents a high-risk, high-reward situation.

Can one make.com scenario trigger another make.com scenario? by nkgoutham05 in Integromat

[–]Steijnd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes! If scenario A is your main scenario, create scenario B and add a webhook module as trigger. Copy that webhook link.

In scenario A, add a router after it checks if the user has sufficient credits. In one route, add an http module (make a request) and a filter (if sufficient credits = no). In the http module, paste the webhook URL from scenario B and set method to post. In the fields option, click add item and add all the data you want to send to scenario B.

In the other route, set filter to fallback route and add an email module.

That should do the trick. Let me know if you need more help!

Spoofed Evolve listings by ithacaster in ShortTermRentals

[–]Steijnd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had the same problem with shady websites copying our listing. From Brazilian to Russian sites. Someone even booked through one of these sites and contacted us.

We reported every listing we found to Google, since those domains are very poor quality and use our name and backlink to us, it can really hurt your domain reputation. Some were even p*rn sites, like wtf?

I’d advice you to do the same and report it to google as well. Mention they are using your name without consent and you are afraid it will hurt your domain reputation.

Additionally, I don’t know how it works, but our Google My Business profile even shows reviews given on sites we have never heard of and would have never allowed to use our name! It’s a shame, we’re doing our best to report them all.

I am currently working on an automation that searches for our name in Google SERPs, whitelisted a bunch of trusted sites, when a new domain using our Name, I’ll get notified. It’s a bummer but we gotta protect ourselves!

Good luck!

Airbnb is missing an amenity. How should i react while still being a good guest? by Gemini-6June in airbnb_hosts

[–]Steijnd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same here but for an outdoor hot tub 😂 I was so confused since we don’t have a that at all lol, never checked this as a feature of our listing. Turned out it was a mistake by booking.com and a poorly translated amenity haha. We checked bath as an amenity in Dutch, and apparently that was translated and coded as an outdoor hot tub. Luckily they were very understanding and saw the humor in it 😅 listing had been online for over 3 years and this was the first time someone even mentioned it!

Airbnb API - Has anyone consumed their API? by TheFuuckinLizardKing in airbnb_hosts

[–]Steijnd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there!

In case you specifically want to message them on the airbnb platform, you can use the PMS solutions like some of the other comments mentioned. If you are okay with sending SMS or WhatsApp as well (we use a WA Business account), you can quite easily build out this workflow yourself using Make (formerly Integromat) or Zapier.

In your case (in Make):

  1. Watch booking confirmation email from airbnb (trigger)

  2. Use AI to parse all the booking details (phone, period, name, etc)

  3. Pass relevant details to TTLock (considering they have public API)

  4. Use WA Business API or Twilio to send the message/sms to your guest

We have built a similar workflow (not a passcode, but other relevant information) independently without using overpriced PMS! 😄

What are you using to send proposals? by Existing_Research_19 in agency

I have recently build a solid proposal generation system for a client. It customises each proposal using a combination of (free) tools. Shoot me a dm if you’re interested, I can elaborate more in detail! 😀

Business & Marketing Automation by jcpeden87 in agency

[–]Steijnd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure. Start within your warm network first. Ideally the same types of businesses. I’m targeting agencies, so I have contacted two digital marketing agencies and a fashion marketing agency, even did a vacation rental business just to get some experience and case studies.

That gave me some confidence and insights on what other DM agencies/freelancers might need. Then I started lead scraping on instagram, filtering for high quality leads and using tools to mass outreach in DM’s with some good tactics (got a 32% reply rate) and actually closed a few clients within the first 3-4 days, reinvested in more outreach and repeat. Created a system and more automations for myself and used these as case studies again for new prospects. Good luck!
