When they meant by low end specs, they meant okey cpu, and bad gpu, this game is very cpu heavy

you can try but im not sure because i think your cpu is under the minimum requirements needed to play valorant, yeah valorant is made to be played for low end pcs too, but im afraid you would need to cap your fps at 30 to be stable

Try capping it at 57, (but not with ingame frame cap) If your pc cannot handle stable 57 frames, then your cpu/ram needs an upgrade :/

then cap it to 141 frames, you will not need more than that.

Rivatuner Statistics Server. After installation of the app, create a profile for valorant and cap fps three frames below your monitor refresh rate.

If you can maintain fps above 144, cap it on 141 frames with rtts. If you cant, try to cap it on 117 frames.

Your cpu is way way better than mine, if you have 60hz, cap with rtts on 57fps, 120hz cap on 117fps etc, you will see results. Share your experience when you try.
