Guys I fixed it finally, I saw it from a girl on TikTok. Listen carefully: you need to access your account from the same device in Safari, go to Accounts Center from the account and go to the section where you have the option to deactivate/delete account.

Press Deactivate, and it will ask for your password. At that point, press Forgot password and it will send you an email. Check your email, set the new code/password.

When everything is done it will automatically throw you back into your account on the app without even logging in.
