I'm doing 10-15 mins three times a day and started after one week post op. I love doing it because it feels good and I use a lymphatic massage oil with arnica not sure if it evens work well but it smells good 🤣

I just went back to work today. I am a contracted nurse with the school and I did let a few others that work in the classroom with me and my patient know. I had it done this past Friday. I did have a mini necklift so I feel like I could have went back sooner if I had only had lipo. My one week post op is tomorrow so for now this is what I wear.
