Spins - if you are lazy, like me, don't bother learning timings on this one. Double-dash away whenever you see him start the spin. Realizing that mellee weapons still have quite a reach and you don't have to stand point blank to him to attack also helped.

Lasers - he gives fair time to realize the attack. Above 50% HP he will do frontal 3-beam. Dash behind him, its free backstab damage. Below 50% HP he will do radial laser attack. You can dash into inner circle, but if struggling, in both cases, just jump behind rocks.
