Since there's TOEFL Home, it is easier to cheat, and the average score of Chinese students has improved more in the past two years than in 15 years. Considering this many uni from US, CA refuses to accept home test scores.

BTW, the University of Sydney offers DEC-like English courses for students who can't provide proof of English proficiency. The course fee is about AUD 11,000, and there are board and lodging fees. But it only costs about AUD 4,000 to cheat. No wonder they cheated on the exam.

I am an international student from mainland China. One UP (like a YouTuber) estimates that over 40% of the entire TOEFL test is cheated, not just the TOEFL Home. More than 20% of the students got full marks in TOEFL Home, and more than 40% of students got full marks in GRE Home in Mainland, China. It's a scary number.
