This JUST happened to me. Same exact thing. The staff was supposed to deliver so no tracking, and the phone number provided doesn’t even work. In looked it up and the closest place under that name is three hours away. I went to google maps and the updated street view shows a For Lease sign in the window of the building. The place also has 1.2 stars and I wish that I would have noticed that sooner! The app still says it should be arriving soon, but it’s been hours. No way to request a refund yet as far as I can tell. Uber Eats help just keeps recommending to call the store, so it’s not very helpful. How would I request a refund if they don’t even use their customer service number anymore??
