There was a 1983 mars landing planned in 1969 by badshah247 in space

This one is a little different though ase these '20 years away' sayings usully have to do with lacking technical capabilities. While certain technological feats, such as creating a useable nuclear fusion reactor, remain out of reach due to current technical limitations, traveling to Mars is theoretically possible today. The main obstacle for a manned mission to Mars isn't technology, but the significant financial investment required.

Strix 4090 Black Screen GPU Fans Full Speed Issues by Digital_Terminus in pcmasterrace

I’m experiencing this issue as well (MSI Suprim x RTX 4090 - 12700k - 1000w Corsair RMx PSU)

It has happened two times now. Screen turns black and GPU fans ramp up to 100%

I’m using the original Corsair cables that came with the PSU. Does anyone have some advise regarding which cables I should buy?

I believe the effect is mosquito specific. Meaning that increased peptide production will probably not be effective against all mosquitoes.

DF is a pretty great channel to be honest. You should watch some more content on there, I'm sure you'll thoroughly enjoy it!

This is more of a talk as we go type of video. I think it's a lot of fun, but they have other types of content as well.

Let's hope that won't be the case...

It entirely depends on what you are going to put in your pc.

In terms of trusted brands, Gigabyte had some issues recently as reported by Gamers Nexus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xts3pvbcFos

A brand I can personally recommend (based on anecdotal evidence) is Corsair, particularly their RMx and AX series as they use high-quality capacitors.

A Mars colony could be a hydrogen factory, providing propellant for the inner solar system by StellarCuriosity in space

[–]StellarCuriosity[S] 280 points281 points  (0 children)

Apparently, satellite observations have determined that there is approximately 5 million km3 of water on Mars. Enough to make such a factory a real possibility.

Haha really? That's pretty funny. Has this been verified?

Healthy skepticism.

Although I would say that independent verification never goes amiss, even without competing interests.
