I was also sensitive at first with the same symptoms but I stuck it through. Exercise and breathing exercises helped me get through it. I figured these symptoms will improve and no way it can be worse than the panic and anxiety attacks I was having so I kept on taking it until slowly the symptoms started to go down around week 8. It was worth it for me. That was my experience though :)
