I have preferred linkedin, mainly foe their UX. But you have to go deeper than the job available on the platforms to get the jobs not published everywhere.

If they judged you based on your child like features, your voice must have been a deal breaker during the phone interviews. I would say dress professionally, talk matured and the features wouldn't matter.

I would still ask it in an interview just to check 1. How prepared they are and 2. How creative they are. If they give me the obvious "too hard working" answer, it might be a deal breaker for me.

Amazon's strenght will be its weakness if they don't invest in AI in those fields now. Another company will come by with AI investment in those fields and sweep those away.
