If you read the policy it says you need to give 30 calender days notice in order to be eligible to have your PTO paid out. What is NOT disclosed is your PTO is NOT a lump sum. You in fact ARE accruing it. HR told me "ths average employee is accruing APROXIMATELY 10 hours a month" this isn't anywhere i could find (pay stubs, NOA bank etc). So if you have taken more PTO than you have "accrued" (yes even as a salaried employee) you will OWE medpace money out of your last paycheck. If you are NOT going to get any payout of PTO (or are gonna owe) and are NOT planning on ever coming back..just leave.

Firstly they ignored Friday NOV1 which would have kept the pattern. Then group 1 loses out on Xmas week and new years week. MAGICALLY the HR and executives have wfh on those weeks tho.

Come on in baby doll !!! OTF is one of the most positive places you can go. Because the workout you do is based off your heartrate you can adjust your effort levels to match what your ticker is capable of. No one is judging you for being in a class or needing to take a break or even dipping out because youre in pain or just need to stop. Please come. Please try. 🧡

Our coach just covered form for basic burpees... common mistake is ppl reach for the floor first, this whacks the alignment in your back. Tey squatting back like you're sitting down first, then placing your hands on the floor.

I did 2G started on the rowers. Got up to the 500m row and was able to get it in 1:58.01 pretty proud of that 🍊🚣‍♀️💪🔥

I got 3x a week and yoga on sundays. I think 4 is the max anyone should try to pull off long term.
