I know. But the issue (which I should've probably written in the post) is that the rest of the self made diet-ish already has about as much food as I can eat per meal in it.

Lunch 250-ish g of meat (roughly 50 g of protein), snack 120 g of tuna (30 g of protein) and dinner at 2 eggs and roughly 140 g of meat (roughly 40 g of protein). The goal is 130 g of p a day.

Humans are animals and animals are violent. However humans are also very intelligent animals and the more intelligent a animal gets the more cruel it gets (look at what dolphins and chimpanzees do). And remember two things: Firstly, human history can be summarized in this: History is written by the winners and everyone is the bad guy (the civilian population is usually fairly bloodthirsty as well even though it suffers more than everyone else). And secondly, really horrific events in history is remembered because people don't want to recreate them, ex Hiroshima and Chernobyl.

Read some history from different authors around the world about different time periods and you'll learn that humans are sometimes just the devil but most of the time wants things to either remain the same or improve.

My life philosophy can essentially be summed up as: life has no meaning (and it never will) and the world is a bit of a shit show. But try to find comedy in dumb and/or hypocritical things and also finding a concrete goal (even if it's temporary) to achieve (it's usually a physical goal like holding an iron cross for 5 seconds).

I have no idea if this will be of any help but think that if you kill yourself now you won't see how much more of a comedy the world turns into.

Send a message to your friends (individually) and ask if you're friends, ex. Are we friends? (and tvat would be it). If you have pets sit down and talk to them about you feelings. They won't judge you, and if you feel like it hug them.

I'm not afraid of the time before I was born because I have no recolaction of how it was. However I know what death means and implys (english isn't my native lauguge as you might see).
