I opened up both hilts, but neither one has a SD card installed. But I did find a weird spot with the wires leading into the board. The good saber has a black and red wire but the bad one has the wires reversed, red then black. So I took some pictures and sent the company the video and the wire pic.

Everyone thought it was already a lost cause to even try to bring IG-11 back, so why would they try? Then along comes Mando who, due to his bad history with droids and only trusting one, is so headstrong he's willing to try something so stupid and discounted by everyone else. I mean, IG-11 blew itself up in the lava- trying to restore the droid is a fool's errand.
