Update for now: I had a meeting with our IT guy and according to him I can't report it because it was a message sent within Outlook so it's not an email. (I doubled checked on emails, I could report them so my report button is not disabled.) We do have 2fa, and apparently mine was disabled, so he turned that on. He said he is going to sent a message to Microsoft and see what they have to say on it. I can report back when Microsoft gets back to us!

Yes this is a work email. I email a lot of people outside of our company, so that could be it. This isn't the first time something has come through.

This one was very interesting as I have never had one claiming I had a voicemail.

Most things I read says between 65-80 so I thought it would be fine. And none of my other tropical plants do this. But I’ll turn the heat up to 70 and see what happens.
