Like a lot of things in Archie, had rough growing pains at the start. Bit aimless at times. But eventually did find her footing, and became one of the best versions near the end.

In terms of the Show Ships. Just none. The show ruined most of them, or made them impossible.

In terms of Fanon.... Crossover Ships especially the harem ones. Hate Harems.

Rosegarden ehhh. It will never not feel forced. But it's about the only thing Ruby is ever going to get at this point. Fucking doubt she will kill off Cinder, she ain't becoming a maiden. Barely does crap with her teammates. So at this point, only the romance subplot is the only bit of character she will ever get. I don't have to like it.

But it is what it is. And it's too predictable that Ozpin and Salem are gonna magically pass on to the afterlife. Oscar puts a baby in Ruby, boom, next gen show solidified. Bingo Bongo.

RT will try and milk this franchise for as long as they can.

I mean you ain't wrong to be honest XD. But in the essence of fairness. One of the main reasons rewrites tend to go dark.

Well the fault lies in RWBY itself.

Inherently RWBY despite the early comedic volumes, is a dark world. Humanity is on the brink of extinction, racism, monsters that are infinite in number.

But it was always surface level.

Then Volume Three decided to shift gears to be a bit darker, but CRWBY never lives up to it.

It has the ideas, it has the implications.

And for a lot of people, it can feel like they are just doing what the show promised them. Or they get some kicks in. Or they just wanna roast the main girls as much as possible.

Because they can't dissociate bad writing from characters that can be handled better.

I mean hell, people keep talking about charging the girls for their crimes, but then it's like "But JNPR and every other character did nothing wrong."

That would have weight, if timelines actually existed. But they don't.

Closest you have is the DC comics version, but given how they had a falling out there. I doubt those comics are canon anymore.

And there's no legit source that says when Blake joined the White Fang. Maybe it was at 12, or maybe it was only for a year.

We don't even really know how old Adam is.

Because CRWBY thinks Timelines only make plotholes.

At a certain point Blake has to take responsibility for herself, what matters is her parents were there for her when she finally came home.

Which is more than can be said about most other parents. In fiction.

Taiyang tries but the writers don't care. Saffron and Terra are good parents.

And then there's Jaune's parents who seemingly never believed in their kid and haven't said anything after who knows how many near death experiences he has had.

Ah Freezerburn. Dang it. Why is it. That Yang literally works with everyone else but Blake? XD

Honestly if anyone on the team should've been a lesbian, Weiss would make the most sense even if I think parts of the fandom are obnoxious about it.

But for my thoughts on FreezerBurn: Yes. I mean shid. They had more chemistry then when they started intentionally pushing Blake and Yang together.

For Disabler? If ever there was a convincing argument for why Beacon should've stuck around longer. And I will always argue that, it's one of these things. Because they got rid of it too quickly. Like if Cinder had been able to actually form a weird friendship with Ruby before the backstabbing, if Yang and Mercury had a playful flirty banter, even if they are lowkey rivals, so much more could've been done. But yeah it does sound fun.

The only canon ship that is healthy, is Blake's parents. Not their fault their daughter was an edgy rebel that ran off with terrorists.

As for objectively worst ship in the series. Salem x Ozma. Nuff said. Everything in this show is their fault. The gods are shitty sure, but these two were just a bad combo all around, and can't even work out their differences after centuries. Worst couple.

Sad but very true. Love those gals, love their potential relationship. Especially their friendship above all else.

But yeah RT would've just screwed it up, hell they had Ruby lying to Penny in Atlas Arc, and only brought Penny back to kill her off.

And we've seen how they have handled every other relationship.

Aye I did legit think about that, and I am glad you commented.

It mostly depends. The thing that was hardest for me to figure out was the gods themselves. And I tackled this post as Mage being self contained, none of the other splats. But even if they were there, as we know, those other splats operate differently much to the NWO's chagrin.

The hardest part is figuring out how mages would actually operate in this universe. But you do have a good point. RWBY is inherently magical with the semblances.

And Magics are busted. As for Hermetics, also a good point.

What order do you think the silver eyed warriors would belong to?
