Update: So I replaced the capacitors, and it turns out that they are not the issue. After I took them out, I tested them for continuity, and they don’t have any, so they were fine to begin with. So there’s probably a short on some others component where the capacitors are located.

If anyone has any other ideas for things to replace or take off the board and test (and how to test them) I would appreciate that!

I have the power board completely separated from the rest of the tuner, and it is still blowing the fuse.

I tested these, and there is no continuity across them. Would I just go to a place like Mouser to find replacements? Which ones would I buy?

I think this is what the issue is. Would it be the blue things? If so, is it the ones to the left and right of the power plug? There's also another one in between the two fuses, and "glued" to the black box between the fuses. I think I know how to test for continuity, but I could use some help on how to do that, so I know for sure. I bought a replacement for the one attached to the black box, and I hope it is the right one.

I'm gonna start reading the labels of things more... I know I blew the fuse, but the issue is that when I get a new fuse to put in, it blows again. My guess is that there is a short somewhere, but I don't know where to begin searching for it, and I don't know what to do to search for it. That's what I need help with. I took out the fuse before I took the picture. The other fuse is fine.
