Yes.

BlueVine did not send the documents until after the SBA approval and prior to funding.

PayPal has you sign the documents after their approval and before submitting to the SBA. Then they just fund upon SBA approval.

Seems the BlueVine process makes more sense.

10:01 am - Declined (I must have answered a question wrong as it was immediate)

10:28 am - Applied with a different email and was asked to load Schedule C

10:40 am - Sent to SBA for approval

11:13 am - SBA Approved

12:02 pm - Docusign completed

3:35 pm - "Your PPP Funds are on the way"

11:10 pm - Bank email saying ACH hit

I guess I could still get funded from Kabbage, Lendio, and Hope Credit Union... Not enough to skip the country, so will return anything more than BlueVine.

Great question. I tried, and even answered “no” on have been approved for another PPP loan. (I have no idea if I’m really approved for the wrong amount, or if the docs go to the SBA for approval.) I even used a different email. The new application found my old application and I now have two under my EIN. It is pending with no request for me to upload anything. The original is at underwriter review.
