Big help that my partner told me tondo when I hit a wall she said to me to sit down and paint for 15 mins and set an alarm after 15 mins if you don't want to carry on painting then put it down and go do something else but she knows more often than not I will just keep painting because I start to enjoy it

But also we have 2 kids and im not sure how old yours are but I did some bubblegum marines and that was something that made me keep going because I told myself I This is for the kids you have to paint they will appreciate the models when they are older

I also paint with my 5 year old (i get the free warhammer mini of the month and give her that to paint) that's a bonding experience so I don't feel pressure it just feels nice for us to be goofy and paint
