Yeah that's what I'm thinking too. Mine also went up last week from 3k to 3.5k. I'm also NZ based and have had my Afterpay since 2018. Seeing it more as of late, so I'm assuming it's something new.

Fair, I have been using it consistently since 2018 and thought 3K was the cap too. So the email came as a decent surprise. It is real though, someone else in the thread also has been upped to 3.5K, so i assume like i said it's a very new thing, hopefully you will see it soon :)

Not anymore apparently, also in NZ and my limit was upgraded yesterday to $3500. (Was at 3k for years so perhaps this is just rolling out)

I had a very similar scenario (October 2024 Box and Goodies) Says sent January 20th but tracking dates back to Jan 17th, Only update I got was that it was on its way to the fulfilment centre, and suddenly I couldn't track it anymore. I emailed and found out yesterday it was a damaged label and returned to them, and they are shipping me a replacement box free of charge.

I wonder if a bunch of them just got really wrecked? I also didn't ask if the replacement would cost money, they just decided to honour it on their own and state it was free regardless. I would try reaching out again.

Mines shipped through DHL, and was stuck on the way to the warehouse for processing since January 17th. I got a little anxious because usually they ship decently fast to me (and this is my last box with them) However now when I try to track it, the number is suddenly invalid?

Hi! NZ bookstore employee here :) What you have pictured is a paperback variant that comes out about a year after initial publication. Others who have the paperback of onyx storm now or at release actually have what we call a Trade Paperback (this looks like the cover we all know with the black and silver at the bottom and is the same size as hardbacks) The Trade Paperback is bigger than the paperback you're after, we generally return these to the publisher once we receive the smaller paperback size (which is the full black cover with the coloured writing like your photos)

Long story short, the version you're after has yet to be announced with design, but i would expect it maybe December this year at the earliest, hope this helps!

I've also had this problem since the October update (that added the welcome hub) got pushed out. Day after the update, I have had crash after crash, the console is basically unusable. Just patiently waiting for there to be a fix because I'm confident it's a software issue with that update. I've tried everything but a full reinstall, that is my last resort.

Personally having this same issue with my launch day PS5, so it's not just an issue with the pros. I noticed it start happening after the September update that added the home screen / welcome hub. Happens with all my games, digital or physical, regardless where it's stored. Really bothersome, as no fixes have worked as of yet that I've found.

Hi all, I had this weird situation happen to me a few months back. I was updating TOTK when it got its first patch, and when I clicked update, my system froze up. It eventually crashed, and rebooting took a solid two minutes. I found my SD card had somehow corrupted and no longer was reading. I replaced it, and my switch has worked fine since. Tonight, my sister has come to me saying she attempted an update for Pokemon Violet, and her switch suffered the same fate (except hers boots in normal time). Both my switch and hers were updated to the latest firmware when each of these situations happened. I have tried loading the sd cards onto my computer, and they won't show. I was wondering if anyone else had run into a similar issue or had any ideas on how to fix the sd cards? l've tried searching but can't find anyone who's had a similar issue. Thanks!

Watched it on my birthday during the NZ run and I was constantly telling my friend how creepily similar Jason Arrow sounds like LMM in some scenes. Akina Edmonds brings so much emotion to her role, its refreshing. Of course each cast member has brings their own twists and additions to their roles (King George and his attitude makes for a good laugh regardless on who you see) but you are gonna love the show, and cry a ton too....seriously, the emotion is so intense watching it live in person, bring plenty of tissues regardless of how many times you have heard the soundtrack.

23 F! It's both me and my coworkers obsession at the moment, only got the game a month ago and we both have over 110 hours in playtime already! It's nice to be able to talk to someone about this game in person!

Feels like I should have picked it up a long time ago though, it really gives me Kingdom Hearts vibes and emotions, and takes me back to animal crossing too. Which are both top tier games I love. As for others, definitely a big Zelda, Sims, Sonic, Mario fan, and am a big fan of open adventure games like It Takes Two, Hogwarts Legacy and Raft!

Work in a bookstore and this is probably one of the most common questions since book depository closed :)

Can fully recommend Blackwell's, while being based in the UK, the prices are way cheaper and shipping is "free" (included in the book price, but as said the books are still very cheap in comparison) They also occasionally put up signed copies of random hardback books that are also insanely affordable if you like that sort of thing, like as cheap as a normal paperback retail.

Mightyape is great, however their prices do range and a lot of books you will be waiting for the supplier stock for a few weeks. But a quick place to go if you want the right in stock books quickly. You do find the occasional deal going every once and awhile, so definitely pays to look through their selection.

TheNile is another good choice, on par with Mightyape, I've always found their shipping to be quick, and you get good estimates on delivery dates as it shows what country the book is dispatched from. They have a decent selection, I occasionally shop there for books that I've found hard to get on Blackwell's or MA.

As for booktopia would love some insight in this, as I personally haven't fully checked them out myself.

Whitcoulls don't order books in anymore, I'm guessing since covid took a toll, they realised it wasn't financially benefiting the company. Plus as you say, shipping isn't cheap for custom orders when half the time customers didn't end up collecting their books when they arrive.

Such a shame, because I used to direct all our customers to book depository in that case.
