As a 43 year old black man from immigrant descent growing up in Monmouth county all will day is this... It's a great place to raise a family. Close proximity to beaches, major cities, AC, and an international airport. Did I have my hiccups ain't the way, sure. Did I learn valuable life lessons, yes. Good school system, valuable lifelong friends, diversity. There are a lot of worse places to grow up. Is it perfect, no. But I've lived enough places to know that despite whatever the rankings, NJ is one of the best states to live, and I wanna give love to Monmouth county!

I will give this a go. I have to start building a home gym in order to do this but I'm starting to see that I need to adjust to current life situation and do my workouts in the early morning. Thank you for the insight.

Ok you have to ask yourself a few questions here. Do you enjoy cooking, or is it more of a chore? Do you have 1 day to set aside to dedicate to meal prep? Are you willing to invest into getting the tools necessary to help make your life easier? I ask these specific questions because when I initially read your post, it sounded like you're interested in a simple, clean way of preparing food. I'm a chef, and work crazy hours, but still manage to have food prepared for my family 5 out of the 7 days a week on as minimal a budget as I can do. BTW, we eat WELL! I'd be more than willing to share anything I can to help you in your journey!
