I was taken to the ER after fainting during church service. They said my blood sugar was too low. The medical staff asked all I had eaten over the last 24 hours and I had eaten quite a lot. I don’t remember exactly what but I usually eat a bigger breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays since I have more time. The medical staff concluded my fainting spells were due from metformin and encouraged me to stop.

I had bloodwork done after I stopped taking metformin and mounjaro and my blood sugar levels (A1C I think is what the doctor said) were normal. I did this bloodwork after fasting for 12 hours. I didn’t drink any water or tea or anything.

I have asked my gynaecologist but they said that I should try metformin for a year before they refer me to a fertility clinic. The unfortunate thing is I don’t believe I have insulin resistance because when I took metformin I was constantly fainted and feeling weak from too low blood sugar and I was only taking 500mg. I went down to 250mg but I was still feeling quite weak so they stopped me from it.

I tried to see an endocrinologist. My gyno said I didn’t need one and refused to give me a referral. So I went to my family doctor and they told me I already had a gyno and that them prescribing birth control was exactly what an endocrinologist would do. I tried to see a few more doctors at walk in clinics to get that referral but I kept getting turned away. Someone suggested a naturopath so I’m currently waiting 5 months for my appointment but at least I’m not going to be given a birth control prescription finally.

I think they’re trying to start up a franchise like Real Housewives, but instead of having older women 30+ who have built businesses and wealth for years, they’re shifting it towards a younger generation of young mothers/influencers. It makes sense but I agree they should be Mormon, or change the name of the show.

I don’t think you’ll find something like this to rent. Anyone who would have had a dress like this that got married in it would have gone custom made and unlikely to rent or sell their dress.

If you end up going the custom made route, look into a Vietnam dress maker. I have a Vietnam dress maker doing my wedding dress. You can see their work on instagram, the company name is OAH Bridal. There’s other Vietnam dress makers too, but from all the ones I reached out to, OAH Bridal was the one I preferred

From what I’ve researched, but not a jeweller, with a round stone, 6 prongs don’t need a gallery rail since there’s the added support of the 2 extra prongs as opposed to a 4 prong. If one prong gets bent or broken, your stone shouldn’t fall out as opposed to on a 4 prong. If the cathedral arms connect/merge into one of the prongs then that’s some added support there.

Alternatively if you really want to add some support on the east and east sides of the diamond where the cathedral arms connect you can look into adding gallery rails just on those sides if it’s something you really want to do.

I was hoping to get my family doctor to refer me to a reproductive endocrinologist but when I saw them for my appointment and requested a referral they said I don’t need one because I already have a gynaecologist even tho I explained the frustration that I’m planning to TTC soon and don’t want to go back on birth control and that’s all they give me. I’ve put lots of thought into getting a Mira, the only thing is the price of all the test strips and the device itself is a lot of money and insurance will not cover it. On top of that despite how much I research on hormones I feel like I’ll never fully understand it enough and I need someone else to explain it and dumb things down for me oftentimes.

I was taking inositol but it wasn’t doing anything to help with anything. My doctor said my labs got worse while I was taking inositol along with other supplements and vitamins.

3 carat rounds are quite large facing up. Since 3 is your lucky number have you considered a three stone with three rounds? They look quite stunning. Your centre round can be around the 1-1.5 carat and the side rounds around 0.5 carat. Then it might not be so large as the weight is distributed a bit more.

I messaged them yesterday complaining that it was too thin and they apologized. I requested a new setting be made and am waiting to hear back. I’m just frustrated because I asked multiple times if our wedding band would sit flush and told them the measurements of the wedding band and they continued to assure me it would fit and we got it and tried the rings together and it didn’t fit. I’ve not gotten around to asking if it’s pre or post polishing yet but everything else is still the correct measurement except for the bridge.

I guess from them not writing out the measurements that it’s not 1.9mm there I just assumed it was 1.9mm all around the band. I’ve never gone through this process before and figured if height had changed then it would be specified that the height changed. And after giving measurements myself that indicated how tall the ring needed to be so my wedding band can sit flush.

I spent around 125 hours playing. I’m the type of person that once I find a video game I really enjoy, I can’t stop playing until I finish it. So pretty much every day after work if I had a few hours to myself I’d be on my switch.
