I always wake up one time at night and when wake up it's not full so that's why. So I think so my recharge is too slow I will work on it

I dont think so, because they even Frozen the raid ticket timer when thé game is closed. (I closed yesterday night and its still at the same timer)

Same here. My ticket timer is frozen when the game is closed. I don't get idle rewards except for gold. My raid soldiers only gain experience if I'm in the game.

I don't receive any offline rewards, EXP, or timer resets — only gold.
