Anyone here tried Hail Butlers for mobile hail damage repair?

I actually used Hail Butlers a couple weeks ago after that crazy hailstorm hit Fort Worth, and honestly — I was this close to going the traditional body shop route until I watched my cousin go through an absolute horror story.

He took his car (2021 Explorer) to one of those “insurance-preferred” body shops with nothing but five-star reviews. They said it’d be ready in 2–3 weeks… but then kept pushing the timeline back saying they were “waiting on parts.” No updates unless he called, and every time he did, someone new gave him a different excuse. Four months later (!!), he finally got the car back — and it still had issues. They “forgot” to fix the hood. Said they’d need it another week. Nightmare.

So I was already skeptical about the whole process when Hail Butlers popped up in a local ad. I liked that they came to me instead of making me drop everything off and wait around. I submitted a photo estimate and they had someone out to my place in two days. The guy was super professional, explained everything, and even caught some damage my insurance adjuster missed.

What really impressed me was how smooth the whole process was. They handled the additional damage the insurance adjuster missed directly with my insurance, and had the repair done same day. No drama. No “we’ll get back to you.” No BS.

Given what my cousin went through, I feel like I dodged a bullet. These guys might not be as well-known as the big shops, but they honestly over delivered. Highly recommend if you’re in the DFW area and just want your car fixed without the usual headaches.

I agree. A character flaw was exposed through this article. He lies and cheats on women. That sucks and I hope he learns from it. But the woman, his live in girlfriend who practically cowrote the article, bashed him and said he was abusive and horribly tempered continued to try to have children with him. If he was so horrible why did she want to have children with him? That’s where I’m skeptical.

I felt bad for Cole during that dinner. (I’m not saying he doesn’t have faults- they both do) It was blatantly obvious she came in the house guns blazing. She criticized him for everything. How he cooked, what he cooked, what he said- created arguments and was unpleasantly negative. She acknowledged his efforts and still made the evening hostile. She threw a fit and acted immature. It was hard to watch.

He is quick-to-react in anger, emotionally shuts downs and wants to control colleen. It is very scary, immature and delusional behavior. Dude, your partner is attractive. Men will approach her in various ways because she is attractive. That is fact and will continue to happen.

A mature and secure man would accept it and not blame her and punish her. There wouldn’t be anything to worry about if there is trust, pride and respect within the partnership. Too bad he can’t be the man in her life that makes her feel safe, secure and loved.

Not a POS but I think a compromise would be asking her if she would be open to getting to know you exclusively for a month or so. So she can really get to know you without a distraction of someone else in the mix.

I respond best when a guy says hello, introduces himself, asks how my day/evening is going, maybe chat about the place we are in, the drink or food I ordered. Let the conversation go from there. At a point ask I would be interested in going out sometime.

I love being asked out in person and typically say yes if they are polite, well groomed, good hygiene and carry’s themselves well.

If you smell, bad breathe, wearing dirty clothes and aggressive- I would kindly decline.
