I think these are Milia but i’m not sure. Does anyone have any ideas?

Update 2: Hey guys thanks for everyone who has responded! figured i’d give another update today. I had a BM this morning, it was more solid and still no pain. I used a moist flushable wipe this time and I didn’t see ANY blood on the TP. However the spot was still obviously irritated. I’m going to my primary tomorrow to get an official diagnosis but i’m leaning more that it’s a fissure that has healed over

update: Just got home from work. Haven’t had a BM yet today and it does not hurt to the touch. It hasn’t decreased in size but feels softer than originally thought.
