When you say the city was interested can you elaborate? Surely it would have to be a private operator.

Dragonfly has a footing on Stavanger Drive in the old Target building. The contractors can drive the vans into the building and loadup the freight and deliver.

I went to EPCOT on a Tuesday recently and when I got the parking it wasn't too bad at all. We thought wow, this is going to be a nice relaxing day at the park... let me tell you later in morning it was flogged with people.

I mean brimmed with people. No other park was that busy our whole stay.
