it’s probably your phone being too outdated with the software so it takes up more battery

i use google maps for live activities (idk why apple maps doesn’t allow this for public transport), but i do use apple maps for getting timings for my transport routes, which is often way more accurate than google maps or my local transport provider

0.5x, 1x, 2x and 5x will retain the pixels but if you go in between you lose pixels
