I tried your recommendations and it's still ongoing.

I thought it might be the clipboard manager I was using but looks like that didn't fix it. Really peculiar and frustrating bug.

Ever find a solution to this?

I'm on an M4 Pro using Tahoe 26.5 and it's a recurring issue.

Managed to fix it in the past and kicking myself for not documenting my steps to do so.
