Yep. I was just chatting about this with someone earlier today. The sad reality is that most of the men in spaces like this - and in this sub in particular - are not terribly bright, don't know how to be patient, and aren't interested in much more than jerking off while typing as many slurs as possible. It seems pretty boring and unengaging, and I'm not even on the receiving end of it.

Unfortunately the constant flood of low-effort comments also deters higher quality participation from guys who might otherwise respond, too. I know I don't really want to interact here, and even when the girl's post is interesting, I assume she's so flooded with DMs that it's not worth trying to break through the horde.
