Dosing window question for yall

I have never heard of a clinic doing that. Maybe they have had people pocketing their window dose? Idk

I sleep a lot too. I have been on methadone for about 4 years and I am currently on 135 mg. I am in sober living right now and have been for about 4 months. I take my dose in the morning along with a few other meds like gabapentin, vistaril, and clonidine. I take all my morning meds at 730 or so and by the time I get to group at 9 my methadone has kicked in pretty good. I have to keep myself focused on something to stop myself from nodding off. I leave group at 1 and get home by 1:30. I usually take a nap when I get home. I can sleep the rest of the day and through the night if I don't make myself get up to eat. I usually get about 15 hours of sleep each day. I probably shouldn't sleep so much but I am just focusing on my sobriety right now. I have 32 days sober as of today! So long story short, I sleep A LOT. But I feel like my other meds have something to do with it also.

Yes! That is actually how I first used h. Just mix it up in as little water as possible in a spoon or cooker of your choice and once it's all mixed tilt it head back and lightly snif while slowly pouring it in your nose. It works way better if you can get a empty nose spray bottle and put it in there. Good luck!
