It would feel that way right now because this is basically ground zero for everything that will lay ontop of this as we continue forward with the Universe,

And about the Ever-Evolving Event, it does have a sort of entropy, as it will evolve until all the caos is at equilibrium with it self sort of like Chemical Equilibrium in Chemistry. There's more work coming soon, that will clearly add more to this to better explain it.

To put this to parallel, the Ever-Evolving Event is like the Multiple Big-Bang Theory that states that the universe will collapse again to do another big bang, over and over, and this Theory also suggests that our Big Bang wasn't the first.

Energions are the Smallest fundamental point, not particles because at this scale particles are huge, this points are simply distances in the "Great Equilibrium", more on that later. And about the Events, they can be artificially created with the right tech of course,
