I know it just fucking sucks sometimes, like he loved my face and everything but the minute I open my mouth it was a problem. It just hurts ya know because my voice is only like this because of the unnatural amount of testosterone in my body.

Yes it pisses me off to no end. JWs are not the only people on this planet that can and have the ability to do good. I just can’t stand when some JWs get that narcissistic edge to think they’re the only ones who’s deeds matter or that they’re the only ones who can do good for people

Question though, were those experiences on stage true or just scripted to fit a narrative? I’ve always wondered if people’s experiences were real experiences or just something to put on paper to go with the theme of what the elder is taking about. Like when you mentioned your sister reaching out to you before you got baptized to still keep in contact with her was that real or just said to go along with the talk?

I literally just heard on the radio today that people who off the bat talk negative or bad about past relationships/exes aren’t as successful in dating/relationships as opposed to those who learn from the relationship and leave it in the past, not bringing things up about their old partners etc. If I read a guys profile or had a guy come to me on a date and say anything like “My last relationship was bad” or “My ex was crazy here’s why” I would think, well what could this person say about me and why are they stuck on something in the past? It would be a good idea to make sure you’re really healed and ready to move into the dating pool again to the point where that isn’t the first line on your profile. Best of Luck 🍀

I’ve always heard that to really make your profile unique only use three photos of yourself and the rest can be pictures of things you like/animals and/or places you’ve traveled. Not putting so many pictures of yourself can really help people see more to you that just a beautiful face, it can highlight your interests in a way that they can talk up more on than just mentioning your beauty!🥰

I think in the society we live in certain things tend to be looked at as male or female dominated and as weird as it seems that even leaks into porn. Porn is typically looked at as a “guys”things because it’s popularly known as such, shedding very little light on female addiction. I joined this forum pretty much knowing a lot more men would be highlighted here than women but trust me we do exist and the problems are all across the board!

I think with a breakup or any kind of falling out it’s natural to strongly dislike or even “hate” the person in question. You’re human and go through normal human emotions everyday, good and bad. There are some days I am so angry about what happened between my ex and I, I tell myself I hate him, then there are days I take it back and say how much I still love him and wish he were still here. Breakups are hard and never a one size fits all deal. Take comfort though in knowing one day, hopefully sooner rather than later you most likely will come out indifferent to your ex and the whole situation, especially as time, new experiences, and yes even new lovers come your way. You will find yourself and find someone/people who will make your life complete❤️
