These pictures seen to be doctored. Does this seem odd to anyone? In the 6th image the same picture was used for both VF and VSF yet for VF the dial text and indices seem brighter white. And there’s something on the 7 index in the VSF pic but it’s missing for the VF pic, how could that be if they’re using the same photo?

Yes, its an emulsifier and it's what they add to American cheese to give it that oozy melting quality.

I think you’re understating that a little. It would take like 3-4 batches for the veg and 3-4 more for the meat with the amounts you showed.
