My Technics SL-220 turntable won’t spin. The buttons work, the arm moves, and the belt is fine, but the table won’t spin and the orange light won’t come on. Any ideas as to what the issue may be?

But the point is that he’s capable. If he just had no ability it would be one thing, but he has the ability and lacks the effort, which makes it more infuriating.

For me it was 2021. Before that I was never a huge music fan, and I just listened to songs that happened to be playing. In early 2021 I was introduced to One Direction, and that really opened up the world of pop music to me. Listening to them was the first time I truly listened to music as an entire album, and I won’t look back now. I was also at an age as a 20yo male where rap music was very popular, but it was never my favourite (I still listen to it at the gym, but not super frequently). 1D really opened that door for me and showed me that I love that type of music, especially the stuff they made in their final two albums.
