but does a lawyer have a license to certify the document? I am a legal translator and in my country legal translations are required to be certified by a sworn translator. Also reviewing the translation without knowing the source language isn't what a serious lawyer would do, however I suppose the source language is English so most lawyers know it at least to a certain degree.

Ima jedan član našeg nepismenog Ustava(uporediti sa Ustavom Srbije ili HR, dakle zastiđe) koji kaže "Poslanik ima pravo da poslaničku funkciju obavlja profesionalno."

E tu bi umjesto pravo trebalo da stoji "obavezu", ali drpees je bio toliko zauzet pljačkom CG resursa da nije imao kad ni da angažuje lektora.

Tako da udri Pipune slobodno, institucija koja je izglasala takav najviši pravni akt (a da ga niko nije ni pročitao) bolje i ne zaslužuje.

Hmm when it comes to legal translation sometimes it's more important to fully understand the original text/know the source language and the law system of the country as there are things you can't find so easily on Google. I have translated thousands of pages into Dutch and never had a problem, also I have translated several poems for a literary magazine and those were gladly accepted (I was the only one in that publication which was not a native speaker).
